The Art of Italian Cooking: Piemonte Class

The second cooking class in the series explores the Piemonte region of Italy, famous for its high-quality meats and cheese. This class by Chef Francesco Di Caudo will take place on Tuesday, September 24th from 4pm – 8:30pm. These classes are meant to show you that you can create restaurant-style dishes like Basilico’s at home with ingredients you can find at your local grocer.

Bagna Cauda | Anchovies-Garlic Dip, Seasonal Vegetables
Agnolotti Di Spinaci | Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli, Butter, Sage
Brasato Al Barolo | Braised Short Rib, Mushrooms, Polenta
Brutti Ma Buoni Con Bicherin | Ugly But Good Nuts Cookies & Coffee Chocolate Drink
