Originally from Sicily Italy, Chef Francesco Di Caudo has two decades of culinary experience. He trained in Michelin rated restaurants in Rome and Paris, before bringing his creative style to Las Vegas. Throughout his career, he has been awarded Chef of the Year and is currently a semifinalist for the 2023 James Beard Awards. Now, at Basilico, Chef has created an authentic, modern Italian menu with a Mediterranean touch.
