Basilico is an all-new, innovative Italian restaurant located at Evora, an upscale community offering a Live – Work – Play lifestyle in the Southwest of Las Vegas. Basilico is a unique venue featuring an indoor-outdoor bar, outdoor live performance stage, outdoor dining, creative new cocktails from a team of next-generation mixologists, and a vibe that says, “come make new friends.” This beautiful concept features a full-service bar with original recipes by mixologist Rudy Aguas, of Bar-Kada Hospitality.
Originally from Sicily Italy, Chef Francesco Di Caudo has two decades of culinary experience. He trained in Michelin rated restaurants in Rome and Paris, before bringing his creative style to Las Vegas. Throughout his career, he has been awarded Chef of the Year and is currently a semifinalist for the 2023 James Beard Awards. Now, at Basilico, Chef has created an authentic, modern Italian menu with a Mediterranean touch.
