The Art of Italian Cooking: Lazio

Our third installment in The Art of Italian Cooking Series is a culinary exploration of the Lazio region, famous for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and ancient Roman ruins. Join us for this exciting cooking class by Chef Francesco Di Caudo on Tuesday, October 8th from 4pm – 8:30pm.

In this class, Chef Francesco Di Caudo will teach guests how to create classic Roman dishes at the comfort of their home with ingredients found at the local grocery store.

Guests will learn the menu below and be able to share this feast with their invited guest at 7pm.
