The Art of Italian Cooking: Emilia Romagna

The penultimate class in The Art of Italian Cooking series, the Emilia Romagna class takes you on a culinary journey through Italy’s famed “food valley.” Known for its prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano, the menu you will be preparing with Chef Francesco Di Caudo is representative of the flavors you’ll find if you visit this region.

Join us on Tuesday, November 5th from 4pm – 8:30pm for a cooking class unlike any other. This hands-on class will teach you how to make these dishes at home:

Gnocco Fritto | Soft Fried Pillow Dough, Prosciutto Di Parma, Arugula
Tagliatelle | Bolognese Ragú, Parmigiano Reggiano
Arista Di Maiale Al Latte | Milk Braised Pork Loin, Crispy Potato
Gelato Al Parmigiano Aceto Balsamico | Parmigiano Gelato, Poached Pear, Balsamic Vinegar

Tickets are $150 per person, which includes all ingredients and cooking utensils, and one invited guest to dine with you at 7pm to enjoy the feast.
