The Art of Italian Cooking continues with a cooking class on the Campania region of Italy, famously known for the Amalfi coast. Join Chef Francesco Di Caudo on Tuesday, October 22nd from 4pm – 8:30pm for a culinary journey through one of Italy’s most famous regions. This hands-on, intimate cooking class will transport you to the famous Italian coast through the cuisine and techniques you’ll be learning about. The menu is below:
