Basilico Ristorante Italiano, located in Southwest Las Vegas, will offer a Valentine’s Day tasting menu for two priced at $150. The menu includes oyster with pomegranate and yogurt; kampachi with grapefruit, avocado and radish; Kaluga caviar with sunchokes and hazelnut; white asparagus, lardo, cured egg yolk and truffle; celery root, black garlic and passion fruit; lobster cappuccino; cacio & pepe risotto with king crab and lime zest; beet spaghetti with clams and parsley; dover sole, Champagne beurre blanc and chantarelle; and chocolate, banana and jasmine tea. The innovative Italian restaurant at Evora, a new retail and residential area in southwest Las Vegas, is helmed by Italian chef, Francesco Di Caudo, who most recently opened Anima by EDO. The James Beard Award nominee has dishes like uovo ravioli with chantarelle and truffle-parmigiano and a dish of tarragon fazzoletti with lobster.

Basilico continues their unique culinary offerings to Southwest Las Vegas on Wednesday, October 18 in

Vegas Unstripped has announced its chef lineup for the October 14 event on California Street in the 18b Arts District.
