The Front Yard at Ellis Island will host a Super Bowl viewing party with unlimited food and an open bar. The venue offers more than a dozen TVs in the main level courtyard including a 18-ft big screen and several more on the second story terrace. The all-you-can-eat menu will include gameday favorites such as wings, Sin City Scoops (fried potato scoops smothered with house-smoked brisket and beer cheese) and flatbreads in the small plates portion of the menu; and the bar will be hosting pours of Ellis Island beer and call drinks. Basilico Ristorante Italiano, located in Southwest Las Vegas, will offer a Valentine’s Day tasting menu for two priced at $150. The menu includes oyster with pomegranate and yogurt; kampachi with grapefruit, avocado and radish; Kaluga caviar with sunchokes and hazelnut; white asparagus, lardo, cured egg yolk and truffle; celery root, black garlic and passion fruit; lobster cappuccino; cacio & pepe risotto with king crab and lime zest; beet spaghetti with clams and parsley; dover sole, Champagne beurre blanc and chantarelle; and chocolate, banana and jasmine tea. Buddy V’s Ristorante at The Palazzo/Venetian will invite fans to join Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro for Buddy’s Big Game Bash beginning at 2 p.m. Guests will be able to watch the Super Bowl with the “Boss” himself and should arrive hungry as he will serve up a plethora of endless Italian bites including hot wings, ravioli fritti, truffle cheese fries, sausage and peppers and Italian sandwiches and Buddy’s Big Game dessert platter. Bottomless beverages will include buckets of beer, house wines and well and specialty cocktails. The Sundry Food Hall at Uncommons will host a Super Bowl watch party. The expansive space, which already has TVs around the restaurant, will add more TVs throughout so every seat in the house will provide prime viewing. An all-you-can-eat lineup of game day favorites will include wings, sliders, nachos, fries, sundaes and more and an unlimited bar package will feature a selection of beers, wines and cocktails. The all-you-can-eat buffet is priced at $58 per person and $29 for ages 12 and under and the all-you-can-drink is $116 per person. The party begins at 2:30 pm and lasts until the game ends. Slater’s 50/50 will host a Big Game Watch Party at both its Silverado Ranch and Lake Mead locations, featuring 16 TVs surrounding the restaurant for an all-around unobstructed view. Tickets include guaranteed seat, and an open bar and buffet beginning at 3 p.m. and continuing for the duration of the game. Drinks include a selection of more than 30 draft beers, well cocktails, wine and specialty game day drinks for three hours. The buffet will feature a variety of Slater’s 50/50 favorites including the vampire dip, bacon mac & cheese balls, sliders, flatbreads, salads and other signature items. La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will offer an all-you-can-eat package and bottomless bar options beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. Every seat in the house will offer a great view of the game and La Cave’s Big Game menu will feature small plates of ahi tuna poke with cucumber, cilantro and mango aioli; loaded tater tots topped with sour cream, bacon and brown gravy; chicken wings served with Frank’s RedHot Sauce and sweet chili sauce; barbecue Angus mini burgers with mushroom duxelle and chipotle aioli; three-sausage flatbread topped with chorizo, andouille, Italian sausage and pepperoncini; plus desserts and more. The bottomless bar offerings will include a wide variety of beers, sommelier select wines and spirits. The bar package excludes shots and doubles. Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA will offer an all-you-can-eat-and-drink Superbowl tailgate package, with doors opening at 2 p.m. and running through the conclusion of the game. The game day menu will include pizza from Pizzaoki; smash burger sliders, onion rings and truffle fries from Lola’s Burgers; the Soho with scrambled eggs, American cheese and bacon on toasted bun from Egghead; signature sliders from Seoul Bird made with crispy Korean double fried chicken; crispy eggplant bao buns from Laughing Buddha; the Kook Roll with crab, avocado and cucumber, from Temaki; and other options. Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant by Chef Shaun Hergatt at Resorts World Las Vegas will offer a Valentine’s Day curated prix fixe menu by chef Shaun Hergatt priced at $125 per person. Available from 4 p.m. to closing, the menu includes amuse bouche of pomme soufflé with avocado mousse and caviar; choice of arugula salad with grilled shrimp and avocado or mushroom soup with sliced fresh mushroom garnish; gnocchi with parmesan cream (optional truffle supplement for $25) or spaghetti pomodoro (optional lobster supplement for $25); Alaskan black cod, potato-crusted Chilean seabass or Australian wagyu beef; and strawberry shortcake. Sommelier Matthew-Lorèn Lindsey and Hire a Sommelier.com will present the Las Vegas movie Premiere of Somm — Cup of Salvation at the David Saxe Studios at 5030 W. Oquendo Rd. There will also be photo activation opportunities, give-a-ways, networking with like-minded wine lovers, live entertainment from a classical artist and curated light bites. Three ticket options are available: general admission for $50 for the movie screening only from 8-9:30 p.m.; VIP for $100 with two hours of open bar wine tastings before the screening of 25+ wines from all over the world and a commemorative wine tumbler; and Premium VIP for $150 which in addition to the VIP perks includes seating in the first three rows, a VIP gift bag and one bottle of wine. Locale Italian Kitchen in the heart of Mountain’s Edge, will host a four-course wagyu and WhistlePig pairing dinner. Designed by Hooper Hospitality Concepts Culinary Director Jacob Williamson, the menu will include amuse of tiny “Locale” burger with tiny wagyu fat fries paired with 6-year WhistlePig PiggyBack & coke; wagyu steak tartare with truffle carpaccio, pommery and aerated brown butter Hollandaise matched with 15-year WhistlePig Estate Oak Rye; brisket & foie gras ravioli with wild huckleberries and tableside foie gras snow paired with 6-year WhistlePig Piggy Back Rye Manhattan; WhistlePig & wagyu tallow with Parmigiano rind aged NY strip with black garlic, broccoli rabe and crispy beef tendon matched with WhistlePig Farm Stock Rye Smoked Old Fashioned; and WhistlePig old fashioned budino with chocolate cherry custard with Angostura bubbles, candied orange peel and tallowed maraschino cherries paired with 10-year WhistlePig Rye Mokka Pot Boulevardier.
