Renowned New York cheesecake favorite Junior’s is coming to Las Vegas, set to open its first West Coast location at Resorts World this fall. The 300-seat venue will serve full-service breakfast, lunch, dinner, a late-night menu, cocktails and more. The original Junior’s opened in Brooklyn in 1950 and this will be the brand’s sixth location in the U.S.

Pine Bistro is set to open in Southern Highlands on September 28, a modern Mediterranean dining and nightlife experience serving small plates and appetizers, salads, mixed grill and whole fish platters, dessert, cocktails, late-night bites and more. Created by AYYA Hospitality, Pine Bistro is located at 10620 Dean Martin Drive and will be open daily from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m.

Prince Street Pizza, set to open at Durango Casino & Resort this fall, will host a pop-up September 29-30 at 2 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday at Red Rock Resort, serving up a preview of its New York and Sicilian-style pizzas. Khoury’s Fine Wine & Spirits will celebrate two decades of business with a party on September 30 at 2 p.m., featuring a keg tapping of Khoury’s anniversary beer created in collaboration with CraftHaus Brewing. There will also be a release of the anniversary red wine created by Desperada Wines and Herman Story Wines, as well as food from Empanadas 702, Happy Ending Chocolates and more.

PKWY Tavern is expanding this week, opening the doors to its new northwest location at 5990 Centennial Center Boulevard on September 29. The bar and restaurant will offer more than 200 draft beers with 15 tabletop gaming machines and more than 60 flatscreen TVs. To commemorate the opening, PKWY will offer free beer for one year to one of the first 200 guests who download the PKWY App and check into the new location during opening weekend. The M Resort will open Jayde @ 16, a new rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge, on October 5. It will operate Thursday through Monday from 5 until 10 p.m., serving sashimi and nigiri, specialty sushi rolls, chicken lettuce wraps, garlic calamari, oxtail soup, Thai beef salad and more.

Locale Italian Kitchen in Mountain’s Edge will offer a five-course wine dinner featuring the Wines of Banfi on October 9 with seatings starting at 5 p.m. Among the paired dishes will be big eye tuna crudo, wild mushroom farrotto with black truffle, grilled quail Scarpariello and pan-seared Alaskan halibut with crispy spinach. Bellagio turns 25 years old next month and the iconic Las Vegas Strip resort will celebrate with a special weekend culinary experience October 13-15 featuring its renowned chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina and Julian Serrano. Among the events are a Pappy Van Winkle bourbon tasting, an anniversary dinner featuring all three chefs at Picasso, and a brunch at Spago. This luxury weekend experience is priced at $10,000. Among those set to serve exclusive one-night-only dishes to the masses are Jun and Nick An from Yu-or-Mi Sushi, John Arena from Metro Pizza, Geno Bernardo from the Summit Club, Saipin Chutima from Lotus of Siam, Francesco di Caudo from Basilico, DJ Flores from Milpa, Bruce Kalman from Soulbelly BBQ, Gina Marinelli from La Strega, Gio Mauro from Monzu, Michael Stamm from Cured & Whey, Jamie Tran from The Black Sheep, James Trees from Esther’s Kitchen, Mike Vakneen from 00 Pie and more. Wynn Las Vegas is partnering with the acclaimed Chateau Lafite Rothschild winery for a six-course dinner in the conservatory of Tableau on October 15 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the history of the winery and sample vintages ranging from 1982 to 2005. Caviar Bar at Resorts World is set to transform into Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant this fall. Founding chef Shaun Hergatt is teaming with operators Suzanne and Karina Slinin for the rebranding, slated to create “an even more immersive and luxurious dining experience” focused on caviar and seafood delicacies, according to a recent announcement. Also at Resorts World, Lady M Confections is set to debut this fall in the space recently vacated by Craig’s Vegan, which closed on September 4. Lady M is known as the creator of the famous Mille Crepes, a cake with 20 alternating layers of soft cream and French crepes, available at its dessert boutiques all over the world.

Mott 32 at Palazzo has launched a new autumn and winter seasonal menu that pays homage to China’s Fukien province. Among the dishes are whole steamed red sturgeon crab, braised duck with ginger, and a wok-fried oyster omelette with minced pork and crab roe.

The X Pot at the Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian is celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with a new early bird special and traditional mooncakes. The special is $46 per person, a combo hot pot menu where guests can build their own meal, available through October 27. Mooncakes are available through October 1.
