Cooking Classes

Chef Francesco Di Caudo will guide you through the process of creating traditional Italian dishes using fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook, there’s something for everyone to learn and enjoy.

The menus from each class are inspired by the well-received regional tasting menus at Basilico Ristorante Italiano.

Classes are $150 per person for a single class (excluding taxes and fees), which includes the cooking class, all ingredients and cooking materials provided, and one invited guest to dine with you and enjoy what you have created.

The 3-class package is $400 per person (excluding taxes and fees), which also includes 3 cooking classes of your choice, recipe cards, all ingredients and cooking materials provided, and one invited guest at each class to dine with you. The 6-class package is $750 per person (excluding taxes and fees), which also includes all 6 cooking classes, recipe cards, all ingredients and cooking materials provided, and one invited guest at each class to dine with you.
